Your Next Steps
There are many important factors to consider when completing a rendering for the successful outcome of a 3D space! First providing me with:
- Good measurements
- Great detailed photos
- Information about your client
- Color story
- Design Elements
No worries, I have Made this process very simple for you. Please see below to look for measurement and photo assistance as well as a form to tell me about your client.
- Then you may send me your information in Google Drive. Or if you prefer to Lamiller1965@gmail.com. Whatever you are comfortable with.
Not fully ready with your design? No problem! I can get started on the layouts while you continue to complete your "details" for the design. Once you have the details, forward them to me.
You will receive:
1. A birds eye view of your presentation.
2. 4 Screen shots of the completed space.
3. Completed PowerPoint presentation with your design elements (this is based on your preferences).
4. You will receive a first pass review for any changes needed.
5. Then a second pass for clarity or additional changes only.
Investment
Renderings are only $299.00 per space! An additional $50.00 will be charged if you require an additional layout for the same space.
Your clients will be more then willing to pay this charge to see their room in a 3Dimensional state before it is completed!
Your renderings are placed neatly into a PowerPoint presentation from 3Dream software and sent to you to share with your clients.
